The rapid development of Internet provides new opportunities to companies.Thereinto,company V has become one of the first echelon companies in Internet e-commerce industry owing to its nine-year effort on grasping the first opportunity of Internet traffic bonus and carrying out its typical business mode.However,the industrial competition is fierce.Although company V ranks top three in the industry,it is still far behind the top two.Under this circumstance,company V realized that in addition to corporate strategy and business mode,both are important factors influential to the company's development,however,personnel training should be the crucial factor.Therefore,company V established its own corporate university at the end of 2014 which has been run for more than three years.Till now,the training system has been fundamentally established.Nevertheless,since the corporate strategy as well as the personnel structure of the company has changed,new requirements concerning the personnel quality and structure are also put forward which means that the training system of the university requires comprehensive optimization so as to better support the development of the company.The study adopts the literature research method to figure out the conceptual framework of corporate university,the development status of corporate university both at home and abroad,state the significance of corporate university and find out relevant theories about corporate university construction so as to provide a theoretical basis to the training system optimization for company V's corporate university.In addition,by using questionnaire method,a survey is carried out among staff in terms of their satisfaction towards the operation of the corporate university of company V.And survey data is scientifically analyzed to figure out problems existing in the process of university operation as well as employee learning and development.Besides,the case analysis aims to find out the difference in the training system of the corporate university of company V based on the survey as well as the current status and eventually to come up with plan and solution.The study introduces the current operation condition of company V and its corporate university.And it collects data through questionnaire and finds out problems through literature research.Finally,the study comes up with optimization plan for the training system of the corporate university of company V: combining with corporate strategy,provide a optimization plan for current training system,organization chart,training program,learning platform and internal trainer cultivation so as to improve the efficiency as well as quality of the operation of corporate university.And further,the goals of talent cultivation as well as reservation for the company,and organization capability improvement can indeed be achieved through training mechanism and project so as to provide a reliable guarantee for company V's talent cultivation.The research provides optimization plan of the training system for the corporate university of company V.And it is also significant to provide reference for relevant research in terms of establishing training system of corporate university for Internet companies.
