In this rapidly changing world,the ways people learn are undergoing revolutionary changes.It is extremely necessary for employees to keep ahead of the knowledge through continuous learning.The traditional schools are not the first organizations to adapt to this change,but the internal training departments.In recent years,enterprise universities are popping up all of the world,which not only play an increasingly significant role in strategic and organizational capacity building,but also achieve fruitful results with making pioneering explorations in talent cultivation and learning methods.Training system is the core of the construction and development of enterprise universities,which is also one of the difficulties in the construction of enterprise universities.As we all know,enterprise universities are different from traditional colleges and universities,as well as from the social profit-making nature of training institutions.However,how to improve the training system of enterprise universities can not but learn from the contents of the above two forms of running schools,but also combine the conditions of enterprises themselves and the actual situation of employees to create a targeted training system belonging to enterprises themselves.This paper takes M company as the research object.The company whose main business is affected by the policy is facing opportunities and challenges of improving quality and efficiency,transformation and upgrading.In order to coordinate with the transformation and upgrading of the company,the company has put forward higher requirements for employees.In recent years,with the introduction of new equipment,new technology,expanding market development and other functions increased,at the same time exposed that the overall level of knowledge of employees is relatively slow to improve,creativity and ability to accept new things is relatively inadequate,which also led to an unprecedented increase in the desire of employees to learn new skills.Therefore,as a state-owned enterprise in the period of development and transformation,M company is quite representative as the research object.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summaries,research content and ideas.The second chapter summarizes the concepts of enterprise university,training and training system,and introduces three theoretical foundations related to this study,namely,human capital theory,career management theory and learning organization theory.Chapter 3 will analyze the existing enterprise university training system of M company,find out the problems existing in the training system and analyze the reasons for the problems,and summarize the necessity of building the training system of enterprise university construction to analyze the development strategy of M company.Chapter 4 finds out the strategies of M company's university training system from four aspects:curriculum system,teacher system,evaluation and feedback system and training management system.The fifth chapter analyses the implementation and guarantee measures of the training system of enterprise university construction.Chapter VI is the conclusion and prospect.This study will help to further enrich and deepen the theoretical research of Enterprise Universities and promote the gradual improvement of training management system.
