In the increasingly fierce market competition environmen,for traditional manufacturing companies,it is of great significance to strengthen the study and application of supply chain management.Supply chain integration is also a very important way for companies to conduct supply chain management.Through effective supply chain integration,it is possible to improve the efficiency of companies and even the entire chain,and to achieve improved performance.At the same time,competition in the market is not only fierce,but more complex and changeable.Being able to respond quickly and flexibly to complex and volatile market conditions is an aspect that can not be ignored in the long-term development of the company and maintaining its competitive advantage.This article attempts to explore the specific mechanism between supply chain integration and corporate performance from the perspective of supply chain flexibility.Based on the resource-based theory,and by clarifying the relationship between supply chain integration,supply chain flexibility,and corporate performance,a basic model framework was constructed,and empirical methods were used to further study the relationship between them.In this study,questionnaires were used to obtain manufacturing-type enterprise data.129 valid data were analyzed using statistical software SPS and AMOS for reliability and validity analysis,and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses and mediation effects proposed in this study.After this empirical study,the following conclusions are drawn:First,supply chain integration significantly promotes corporate performance.Among them,internal integration and customer integration significantly affect financial performance and operational performance.Supplier integration significantly affects operating performance,but its impact on financial performance is not significant.Second,supply chain integration and its dimensions have a significant role in promoting supply chain flexibility.In addition to the insignificant customer integration impact on logistics flexibility,supply chain integration and other sub-dimensions are clearly used in the supply chain flexibility and sub-dimensions.Third,supply chain flexibility has a significant impact on business performance.In the sub-dimension,besides production flexibility,financial performance and logistics flexibility have no significant effect on operational performance,other dimensions of supply chain flexibility have a positive effect on corporateperformance.Fourth,supply chain flexibility plays an intermediary role in the positive impact of supply chain integration on supply chain performance.Among them,supply chain flexibility plays an intermediate role in internal integration and customer integration to significantly improve the performance of supply chain,and supply chain flexibility plays a role in the financial performance of supplier integration.Based on the above findings,the paper concludes that: Supply chain flexibility plays an intermediary role in supply chain integration and corporate performance,and both supply chain integration and flexibility must be strengthened.The improvement of corporate performance cannot be ignored.The results of this study provide that manufacturing companies in China need to focus on the role of supply chain flexibility in their supply chain integration,and thus provide guidance for improving corporate performance.
