The miniature mini-storage was born in the United States in the 1960 s,and is different from the traditional mini-storage.the mini mini-storage is used to convert large mini-storages into small mini-storages for customers,such as individuals,families,small businesses and so on,to store temporary goods.In western countries,the mini mini-storage is already a mature industry;In the developed region of Asia,the mini mini-storage has also formed a large market scale;In the mainland of the first-line city,after several years of exploration and try,this new way of life also began to gradually into the people's vision.The existing mini-mini-storage industry has just opened the market,in most people are not familiar with the characteristics of the industry,the marketing approach is particularly important.But at present,some marketing methods in the Mini industry,such as the roadside big name advertising,DM flyers,search engine,and so on,with the fierce competition,the benefits are gradually reduced.In recent years,based on the vigorous development of mobile internet and the popularity of remote intelligent management equipment,and the development of some new media new media,the marketing strategy of the mini mini-storage industry has a profound impact.Because the product of the mini mini-storage itself has strong regional attributes,the author hopes to redesign the new marketing strategy from the perspective of geographic location combined with the intelligent equipment under the mobile internet.The first method is to combine the internet promotion platform,with the mini mini-storage as the center,to the specific gender,age,family composition,interest hobby,consumer ability to push advertising.The conversion efficiency of advertising is much higher than the traditional marketing method,greatly reducing the cost of acquisition.The second way is through word of mouth.Because the users around the mini mini-storage generally have a similar living habit,through the design of discount coupon,coupon,forward reward,and other means,encourage users to share the information of the mini-mini-storage to the people around,expand the scope of communication,to attract people with similar habits to join the user group.The author uses two marketing strategies in a mini-mini-storage named HC,which collects two different marketing methods and traditional marketing methods to customers conversion rate,customer cost and other aspects,finds that under the same cost,the new marketing strategy can bring more than 50 % new customers.Greatly improved the HC mini warehouse and the competitive ability of the peer enterprises.
