The further development of economic globalization has made the environment of enterprise development more and more complex and the competition becoming more and fiercer.Facing the complex and changeable market environment,enterprises need to adjust or change their own development strategies to meet the needs of enterprise survival.However,the environmental information and action logic used by enterprise strategic decisions are not objective,and the cognitive characteristics of strategic decision-makers affect the strategic change of enterprises.In addition,corporate performance feedback,as the most intense environmental stimulus faced by strategic decision makers,will have an impact on strategic decision-makers' management cognition.In order to discuss the performance feedback in the enterprise under the background of management cognition of strategic decision makers on strategic change,so as to explore the role of cognitive management in the enterprise competition and keep acquiring something,that is to further explore the strategic change performance feedback environment and management of cognitive do effectively improve the performance of enterprises based on the latter.The research mainly from the "performance feedback management cognitive strategy adjustment" mode,performance feedback,management awareness,strategic change and firm performance relationship.The research method,this study adopts text analysis and empirical test first,this paper reviewed the research on performance management of cognitive feedback,strategic change and so on,which lays a foundation and find the breakthrough point of research;secondly,analysis of performance feedback and management of cognitive function,cognitive management of strategic change and the role of performance feedback intermediary the role of cognitive management under the background of the definition;thirdly,construct the research framework,put forward relevant assumptions;then,empirical research design,data collection and analysis of data validity;if the final inspection and research,discuss the empirical results and conclusions.The significance of the study,the performance feedback and management of cognitive and strategic change into the research model,breaking the existing research division between "cognitive management strategy adjustment model and a" performance feedback strategy adjustment model,constructs the research framework of performance feedback management cognitive strategy adjustment ".At the same time,from the cognitive and cognitive complexity of the overall characteristics of the process of exploring the three mechanisms to make up for the past management cognitive research in the local characteristics of the role of limitations.The conclusions of this study will be of practical significance for the strategic leaders of Chinese enterprises to improve the performance of enterprises through promoting strategic change.
