Improvement's Research Of The Finished Products Inspection Process In M Company

With the speeding up of economic globalization and the intensifying of gas turbine market competition,gas turbine manufacturers are not only facing challenges from quality,cost,technology,service and etc.,but also under the pressure from the changing of management idea and operation mode,and the optimization of organization structure and business process.With the increasing of business,the problems came out,such as long period of quality inspection process,delay of inspection reports,delay in product delivery,and complaints of project period.In the face of the current opportunities and challenges,the quality inspection department of M company hope to analyze these problems,find out the reasons and take improvement to meet the task that improve the working efficiency,reduce the time cost,and finish the inspection task on time.The focus of this study is to improve the finished products inspection process of M company by shortening the inspection time and reducing the time cost.Based on the current situation of the inspection process and inspection time,the principle and method of process optimization would be used to analyze the reasons deeply,find out the key factors,studies the specific implementation of optimized scheme,carry out the optimization improvement,finally evaluate the effect of optimization,summarizes the whole process of the improvement,and found insufficient.This research mainly applies the methods of 5W1 H,ECRS,Principles of Motion Economy.By the study of M company's finished products inspection process optimization,the objectives that effectively shorten the inspection period,ensure timely completion period,at the same time control or reduce business operating costs,and enhance the efficiency of the operation,were satisfied.
