In recent years,the growth of agricultural machinery industry has slowed down.At the current level of technology,in order to maintain competitiveness,enterprises need to constantly improve the backward mode of production and storage management,and use scientific methods to provide decision-making support for enterprises.According to the characteristics of the small and medium farm machinery manufacturing enterprises in Xinjiang,the production storage cost model was established,and the three aspects of the cost were optimized.Finally,the optimization results were evaluated.The specific research contents include:(1)Build the production and storage cost model.Based on in-depth understanding of Xinjiang small and medium-sized agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises on the characteristics,considering purchase cost,production cost,inventory cost and other factors,a production and storage cost model with the aim of minimizing the total cost of the Xinjiang small and medium-sized agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in a production year was set up.It can guide enterprises to scientifically determine the lead time of goods preparation,arrange overtime work during the sales period,and accordingly determine the best raw material purchase volume and purchase cycle.(2)Research on the optimization of demand forecast and raw material purchase.In order to improve the accuracy of market demand forecasting,because of different regional policies in different years,we need to adopt different methods of demand forecast;under certain conditions,the joint procurement strategy can enhance the right of enterprise in the supply chain,and reduce the purchasing cost,shorten the lead time.(3)Research on the control of WIP.For the small and medium sized agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises is under discrete production,the problem of low efficiency of material circulation and low output of the system is caused by the backlog of WIP on the production site.The TOC theory combined with the push and pull production was used to optimize the production line,which improved the stability of the production system and improves the output capacity of the system.Through the Flexsim simulation of dibbler assembly line of R company,results showed that the number of WIP was controlled at about 95 parts,and the risk stability of system was greatly improved.(4)Research on classified management of finished products.In view of the complicated classification of agricultural machinery components and the lack of pertinence of the existing inventory management.six important attributes which are closely related to production have been selected to study.On this basis,a classification method of finished parts based on AHP-DEA was put forward.By selecting 10 main parts of the seeding machine for verification,the results showed that the classification results are more consistent with the traditional ABC classification method,and it can guide the enterprise to carry out the targeted inventory management.(5)Evaluation of improvement results.Three aspects of the cost were refined,and the index system of production and storage cost evaluation was established.The fuzzy evaluation method and the evaluation system were used to evaluate the total cost and the three aspects.The results showed that the total cost optimization is "obvious",and the three aspects are "slightly obvious".
