In just over ten years,China's drug retail chain industry has experienced a period of start-up,rapid growth,cross-regional chain development,increased concentration,and a period of development of national chain pharmacies.It has grown rapidly in scale and quality.The drug retail chain industry in Western countries has gone through the past few decades and has continued to catch up with and grow.However,with the introduction of a number of policies such as new medical reform,the continuous escalation of regulatory requirements,the rapid growth of operating costs,and the gradual reduction of single-product profits,enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition,and the industry's survival pressure is increasing.This has put forward higher requirements for the development of drug retail chain in our country.Enterprises need to seize the opportunities of the times,meet the challenges,optimize and adjust their development strategies,achieve self-breakthrough and seek new ways out.The article takes shihezi lv zhu pharmacy chain limited company as the research object,and takes the classic strategic management theory,the competition strategy theory and the core ability theory as the theoretical basis,and first analyzes the development situation of the pharmaceutical chain industry in foreign countries,China and Xinjiang.Development status quo and existing problems,strategic status quo and defects of lv zhu pharmacy.Then,using PEST analysis,five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis tools and methods,the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise are systematically analyzed and studied.External analysis shows that: the development contains opportunities,the country's rapid economic development,the per capita disposable income has been continuously improving,residents 'health awareness has gradually increased,medical care expenditure has increased year by year,the aging process of the population has accelerated,and the demand for drugs has increased significantly;At the same time,it also faces challenges.New entrants continue to arrive.The strength of the original competitors has continued to grow,competition in the industry has intensified,and drug prices are transparent and profit margins are low.Internal analysis shows that the advantages of the enterprise itself lie in the long establishment time,has formed a certain scale,the organization is relatively sound,has a certain degree of innovation ability and brand reputation;There are also disadvantages,such as the disconnection of existing supporting facilities,high operating costs,weak management of franchise stores,and a large gap in technical talents such as practicing pharmacists.Finally,based on the planning principle,guiding ideology,vision and target orientation of the strategy of the lv zhu pharmacy,the company's layout and structure development strategy,business development strategy and talent structure development strategy,namely,horizontal integration strategy,differentiated strategy and personnel strategy,were selected.It plans the steps for the implementation of the development strategy and proposes countermeasures for the development strategy,including: scientific selection of sites and expansion of agricultural and pastoral farms;Adjust breed structure,pay close attention to quality management;Pay attention to the brand,build a characteristic store;Strengthen the service,protect the customer experience;Enlisting talents,strengthening training efforts,and from the system,information technology,personnelthree aspects of the company's development strategy to formulate safeguards.Hope this study can make Shihezi city green bead pharmacy chain co.,ltd.to solve some of the existing problems,help enterprises find suitable for their own development conditions of the strategy,promote the healthy,sustained and rapid development of enterprises.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the strategy formulation of other enterprises in the pharmaceutical retail chain industry.
