With the rapid development of the online car industry,the order requirements and user groups of the online car platform have grown.However,due to the improper control of the number of car drivers,the imbalance between supply and demand,the supply during the peak period,oversupply during the peak period,customer satisfaction at both ends of the Division is not high.Based on this,this paper establishes a network optimization model for the number of car drivers,in order to provide a reasonable reference to the car driver's retention for smart taxi software operators,and to increase the satisfaction of the driver's passengers at both ends.Firstly,based on the theory of satisfaction and satisfaction optimization,this paper puts forward the optimization model of on-line amount of users for on-line vehicle drivers based on the development background and status quo of the online vehicle industry.Through field interviews and questionnaire surveys,driver's users' satisfaction scores for hourly earnings are collected and passengers' satisfaction with waiting time is scored.The driver's user satisfaction function and passenger's user satisfaction function based on logistic curve regression are respectively established.Maximize the satisfaction of users at both ends and make predictions about the on-line scale of car users.Secondly,a stepwise regression analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of the on-line rate of on-line vehicle drivers.The empirical study yielded six key factors affecting the on-line rate;a combination of the above-mentioned best on-line models and on-line rate multi-regression models was invented.Network about car driver user retention optimization model.Finally,based on the optimization model of the driver's user ownership of the online vehicle platform,the status quo and bottleneck of the online vehicle industry are analyzed in depth,which proposes functional improvements for the healthy development of the online vehicle industry,boosts income to promote driver satisfaction,and reduces waiting time.In order to improve passenger satisfaction,more specific incentives were introduced to encourage drivers to go online and other specific strategies.An example analysis of the model was conducted using Harbin as an example.This article focuses on the problem of irrational driver ownership in the online carindustry and establishes a model of on-car driver ownership that dynamically changes according to order requirements,achieving a reasonable plan for the number of car drivers,and promoting the healthy development of the car industry.
