The rapid development of the Internet era provides users with a more convenient way to exchange information and share knowledge,users are keen to create content on the Internet.Online Question-and-Answer(Q&A)community provide a great knowledge sharing platform for users to learning and social interaction.However,not all the users are willing to share their knowledge and views in the Q&A community.Whether users are willing to share knowledge depends on their motivation and willingness.Most of the prior researches are focused on the shared motives as antecedent to research knowledge sharing intention and behavior.Different motivation-driven users have different degrees of willingness to share knowledge in the context of social capital,and the improvement measures taken by the community managers are different.In order to enrich these theories,writer takes the will of the Q&A community user's knowledge sharing as the research object,explores factors those affecting the willingness of the users' knowledge sharing,and further analyzes how the motivation of user's regulates the influence of social capital on the user's knowledge sharing intention.In order to explore the impact of social capital on the knowledge sharing willingness of Q&A community users,this study leads to social capital,prestige,altruism and the willingness of user knowledge sharing to establish research models.Based on social capital,motivation and knowledge management theory,the relationship between variables was explored.This study used questionnaire to collect data.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the sample data,empirical research and hypothesis testing of theoretical models were taken with Smart PLS2.0.The results show that: Cognitive capital and relational capital have a significant positive impact on the intention of knowledge sharing among users of Q&A community,while structural capital has no significant influence on it;The influence of prestige significant regulating capital is not obvious too;Altruism has a significant negative regulating effect on structural capital and the willingness of users to share knowledge,and has no significant regulatory effect on relationship capital and cognitive capital and the intention of user's sharing.Finally,this paper discusses the results of empirical research,combines the theoretical and practical aspects of the contribution of this research,put forward the research deficiencies,and the prospect of future research directions.
