Knowledge, especially the private knowledge, is the source of enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Enterprise can realize knowledge through knowledge sharing information institution transference rapid diffusion, fusion and innovation, save the operating costs for the enterprise. Improve and increase the ability of enterprise members knowledge sharing is an effective measure to improve the enterprise core ability. The knowledge sharing, as the core part of knowledge management, more and more of the value of the enterprise organization and function of management scholars. Individual private knowledge, however, is it to maintain its status in the organization of important assets, in principle, the individual is to refuse the knowledge sharing. Organization in individual behavior and refused to encourage knowledge sharing knowledge sharing behavior, caused the reality on knowledge sharing behavior in enterprise management.Current scholars on knowledge sharing behavior research mainly focus on two aspects, individual and group, combining the theory of motivation, demand theory and organization knowledge sharing is analyzed in the view of environment support, etc. Reveals the organization or individual knowledge sharing behavior and individual in order to meet the demand of its own physical or mental, but existing research lacks of individual social capital on the research of knowledge sharing behavior. Moreover, there are few scholars to explore the knowledge sharing intention and the relationship between the knowledge sharing behavior.The reference of the existing research results, this paper puts forward "social capital- the knowledge sharing intention- knowledge sharing behavior" research framework, building social capital, knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing behavior of the model. Through literature review, found that previous scholars will be divided into social capital structure, relationships, and cognitive three dimension, three dimension measurement variables is different. In combination with the needs of this study, this article selects the structure dimension of the relationship between strength and under the network centricity, the relationship between dimensions of organizational identification and cognitive dimensions of a Shared vision for social capital variables, explore its and knowledge sharing intention and the effects of knowledge sharing behavior, and willingness to knowledge sharing as intermediary variables, to analysis and research at the individual role between social capital and knowledge sharing behavior. In this paper, by means of literature study and expert interview, revised the questionnaire. For inauguration in knowledge intensive enterprise organization of employees in the procedure of random sampling investigation. Using SPSS21.0 software to analyze data, and to verify this hypothesis analysis. In this paper, we get the following conclusion:(1) the relationship between the intensity, the network centricity, organizational identification and Shared vision for knowledge sharing willingness and has significantly effect on knowledge sharing behavior.(2) knowledge sharing intention in social capital and partial intermediary role between knowledge sharing behavior.(3) the structural dimension of social capital on knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing behavior is the most significant role.This article through to the organization of individual social capital and knowledge sharing behavior between the analysis and research of the mechanism of action, find the relationship between the individual social capital and knowledge sharing behavior, provides experience to improve organizational members of knowledge sharing behavior, improve the utilization efficiency of knowledge resources for the enterprise, at the same time keep the enterprise competitive advantage has the vital significance.
