Research On Problems And Strategies Of Beverage Inspection And Management In Hei Long Jiang Agricultural Monitor Center

In recent years,due to frequent food safety incidents,China's food safety problem has become a societal problem.How to control food safety has become the focus of attention for relevant government departments and food production enterprises.Food inspection agencies are a guarantee of f ood safety,like a firewall,with it status and function increasingly highlighted.At the same time,the agencies' detection ability and management level are also subject to stricter requirements.This topic is in order to National Agricultural Standardization Monitor of Research Center(Hei Long jiang)referred to as “Agricultural Monitor Center” as the background,in order to beverage testing process of management as the research on object,analyzed the agricultural monitor center of beverage management problems that exist in the test link,investigate the root cause of institutional redundancy,the lack of a management system and implementation difficulties,unscientific sampling methods and data analysis,missing personnel and equipment management,long delays in inspection reports,and high error rates.In this paper,through the analysis of the problem about National Agricultural Standardization Monitor of Research Center(Hei Long jiang),we find the countermeasures to solve the problem and put forward suggestions and comments,with specific measures to simplify department settings,establish responsibility,incentive evaluation mechanisms,improve the management level of the detection process,equipment,and personnel management,and enhance service awareness to promote the development of the food testing industry in order to ensure the quality and safety of the food industry in Harbin.
