| This thesis researches the strategy management of National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Industrial Boiler (Liaoning), which is referred as the National Quality Center in the following paper. By comprehensively using PEST model and Michael Porter five forces model, it analyses general environment and internal environment that the National Quality Center faces. Then it is conclued that intense industry competition and the lack of efficient management model and flexible system are becoming the development shackles of special equipments inspection and testing industry in the case of having advantages of macroeconomic policy, domestic economy and social environment. It also proves that strategic management is necessary for the National Quality Center.This thesis illustrates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the National Quality Center in Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, thereby puting forward strategic positioning, strategic target and support policy for the National Quality Center, which also proposes practicable routes and specific initiatives for the establishment of competitive strategy for the National Quality Center.Writing this thesis is hoped to develop strategies with a reference value and guiding significance for the domestic special equipments inspection and testing institutions and other national quality inspection centers. |
