With the deepening of the national defense scientific research system reform,the gradual opening of the military market and the continuous reduction of the military market access system,the competition in the military market is becoming increasingly hot.A Institute of CALT,as a space and military research institution,is under the influence of long-term planned economy,and does not pay attention to product cost control in its management activities.This concept of lack of cost control is out of step with the demand of market economy.In this paper,aiming at the above problems,the status of Cost Control Research Institute of aerospace products are analyzed,find out the key factors restricting,and based on the LCC management th eory,to enhance the research of cost control.Specific research contents include:In this paper,the basic content of LCC analysis is presented,and the LCC matrix of model products is given.Based on the cost matrix table and the parametric cost method,the model of LCC estimation for model products is established.The key factors of LCC control for model products are put forward,and it is pointed out that the cost of model life cycle is considered as an advanced and effective way to reduce cost in the design stage.At last,this paper gives the main work of the whole LCC management of aerospace product process and each stage of product design,shorten the points for cost optimization,supplier selection,supply chain optimization and assembly cycle,is the effective means of control of aerospace product LCC.Based on this,the design process of LCC for aerospace products is proposed.With the example of model products,the overall optimization design of LCC is taken as an example.Furthermore,the method of "double fixed-point" supplier selection,the supply chain optimization method based on the circulation route and the assembly cycle optimization method based on the critical path are proposed for the production management of space products.The cost op timization and control of the design,production,assembly and transportation of aerospace products are realized.
