Risk Control Management Of Shanghai Unicom Communication Pipeline Project

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the acceleration of "broadband China",higher requirements are put forward for the technical support of communication networks,and the importance of communication pipelines as the basic supporting facilities becomes more and more significant.As the telecommunications industry competition intensified,the successful implementation of the project is the key enterprise to expand market share and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.The internal and external environment is unstable and uncertain factors increase,so the project risk management is an important aspect of maintaining the normal operation of the project.Accordingly,this paper discusses the risk management of Shanghai Unicom communication pipeline project and combines the theory and practice to get the effective risk control scheme and ensure the realization of project implementation and project objectives.This paper expounds and discusses the relevant theory and methods of project risk management and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different risk management methods and techniques and their application.Therefore,according to the Shanghai Unicom communication pipeline project characteristics and project objectives,combined with project management knowledge and management experience,this paper uses the checklist method and brainstorming to identify the risk of communication pipeline project and uses the risk probability impact evaluation method to measure and evaluate the identified project risk to determine the various types of risk level and make a comprehensive evaluation of Shanghai Unicom communication pipeline project risk table.Then according to the different risk levels,this paper proposed risk control measures for Shanghai Unicom communication pipeline project and put forward the risk response plan and effective risk control strategy to effectively control the project risk and promote the smooth realization of the project.
