The medical and pharmaceutical industry,as one of the four major technologically innovative industries in China,is directly related to people's life safety and health,which makes it particularly special.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)held in 2017 raised the future development plan of the medical and pharmaceutical industry to the national strategic height.With the deepening of China's Information,the medical and pharmaceutical e-commerce has ushered in a golden period of development and has achieved leaps and bounds.Based on the Internet,while the industry continues to grow and develop,it also promotes the further growth of China's economy.Under this background,many enterprises and organizations related to medical and pharmaceutical e-commerce have also seized the opportunity in time to achieve a certain degree of development.Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition in current pharmaceutical and medical e-commerce,if e-commerce companies want to remain invincible in the competition,they will need to have a deep understanding of the entire value chain concerning the internal and external enterprises.The traditional cost management method places too much emphasis on how to effectively relieve the cost pressures of the company,It ignores the transverse market.Therefore,it does not meet the future development needs of pharmaceutical and medical e-commerce companies,and can even produce counterproductive effects,seriously restrict the continuous development of the pharmaceutical and medical e-commerce industry.On above basis,this article takes K company as an example to study the cost management of its value chain,and identifies corresponding value activities through the analysis of the value chain of K company.Analyze the value chain cost of K company through the connection with the actual situation,in-depth exploration of problems in the value chain cost management,and so proposed a related method that can solve the value management problem K company has in its value chain,in an efficient way.As a result,K company gradually improved their own cost management methods,reduced their own production costs,and improved their core competitiveness,allowing them to gain a place in the fierce competition in the pharmaceutical and medical e-commerce market.This will serve as a reference and value for the research of the pharmaceutical and medical e-commerce industry in the value chain cost management.
