With the innovation of network information technology,the e-commerce industry is booming.Under the influence of this environment,the competition among e-commerce companies is becoming increasingly fierce.With the integration of China’s economic and social Development,the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises is consumer-oriented,while the traditional retail industry is based on the integration and upgrading of the value chain.However,the investigation of the financial Data of e-commerce companies in recent years can be found that many e-commerce companies are losing every year.In order to gain advantages in the competitive market,cost management is the key.How retailers in the network ecosystem occupy cost advantages in the competitive market,and how to establish and optimize cost management in the value chain of the whole industry have great success and Development in business.With the cost management approach that the company has introduced into the value chain,the company is able to maintain its cost advantage and provide sustainable core competitiveness.It is mainly through the application advantages of activity-based costing to identify the enterprise’s own cost value chain,analyze the important value chain links,optimize the allocation of upstream and Downstream resources of the industrial chain,and further improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise cost management,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises.However,ecommerce companies still have room for improvement in the use of value chain cost management theory.This paper introduces the concept of value chain cost management,that is,the current cost management status of e-commerce enterprises.It provides a new idea for e-commerce D enterprise cost management.Based on China’s policy background and economic Development,this paper questions the current topic and explores the cost management of its value chain in combination with the advantages of e-commerce D company’s Development strategy.On the basis of the above theory,the Definition and characteristics of value chain and value chain cost management are elaborated.On the basis of value chain cost management theory,the value chain of D enterprise is studied,and the historical Development and organizational Development are analyzed.At the same time,it analyzes the market environment.Perform a simple analysis to Determine if it has a value chain cost management concept.And from its logistics,capital liu,information flow "three flow" analysis,find out the problems existing in the management,and based on the optimization plan.
