Research On The Value Investment Strategy Of A Private Equity Investment Fund

According to Asset Management Association of China record shows that,at of the end of last year,more than thirteen thousand Private equity investment fund had registered in our country,asset quantity nearly two trillion yuan,the growth nearly 3 times comparing with 2014.With the increasing emphasis on the important role of capital market in economic development,private equity funds will continue to maintain the trend of rapid development in the future.In the background of the company,author research the value investment strategy of the fund company,On the one hand,this can alleviate the adverse effects of company fund performance fluctuations,On the other hand,hope to provide a new investment strategy for the same type of fund sector.In this paper,research a private equity investment fund company's investment strategy by theoretical research,empirical comparison and research method.First,reviews the theory and literature review of traditional value investment,Comparing and analyzing corporate growth principle of Fisher,margin of safety principle of Graham and value investment strategy of Buffett,then introducing a series of unfavorable influence along with the company's current investment strategy,proposing the value investment strategy can effectively solve the problem of the company and concluding the advancement of the value investment strategy.Secondly,the paper gradually analyzes and reveals the defects of the current investment strategy from all aspects of the company's investment process and method,and proves that the value investment strategy is the optimal scheme for the fund company.Finally,method's introduction and analysis,in this part,the paper shows in detail of the value investment strategy with reply mode,comparing and concluding with other investment strategies,meanwhile forecasts for different types of the company's current stock price by using the value investment strategy.This paper not only explains why and how to implement the value investment strategy in the company,but also states the supporting measures of how to implement the value investment strategy by standing at the height of strategic management.
