| Operational risk is one of the major risks the banking industry facing,Operation is the basis of the bank's business and daily management,and is the first line of the banking business.with accounting,intermediary services,accounting supervision and other functions.Operational operation plays a unique role in risk management of commercial banks.At home and abroad,the research results are few,Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the operational risk.This paper adopts the method of combining normative research and case study,based on the analysis of the present situation,it sort out the reason of the operational risk of Y branch,And combined with typical case analysis the paper points out the problems existing in the operation risk management of Y branch,Mainly in the operational risk management concept and the lack of wrong understanding of the operational risk management,it means a single,poor implementation of the system is still very common about operation,inadequate staffing,operation risk prevention mechanism is not perfect etc.This paper finally puts out that Y branch should further improve the operational risk management framework,it should increase operational risk external supervision,the audit office into the organization structure,and clarify the responsibilities of various departments of the existing organizational structure,and effectively play the risk management department and legal compliance department risk regulatory responsibilities.At the same time,from the risk assessment,risk monitoring,risk control,risk reporting it should further improve the operational risk management system,combined with the actual situation of the staff,business of the branch,a sound operational staff training system,enhance staff awareness of risk and operational capacity;as soon as possible from staff training,system settings,solutions,publicity and education,etc.to enhance the level of risk management. |
