With the continuous development of the banking industry,commercial banks equity trading,capital increase is very frequent.Because of the need to use the results of asset evaluation as a price reference,but also because the relevant laws have provisions for asset assessment,commercial banks for asset assessment needs are very frequent.Commercial banks are different from ordinary enterprises,so the selection and implementation of asset evaluation methods of commercial banks are also special.This paper uses the method of comparative analysis to study the theory of the replacement cost method,the current market price method,the income present value method and the liquidation price method.This paper compares the applicability of various methods in the evaluation of the assets of commercial banks.Taking the case analysis method,this paper studies the application of GJ bank's asset evaluation method in the capital increase.After analysis,the present value method is chosen as the leading factor,and the current market price method is used as an assistant.The applicability of these two methods to the case and the matters needing attention are analyzed,and the evaluation results obtained by the two methods are analyzed.This paper combs and analyzes the selection,process and application of the asset evaluation method of commercial banks.This research will help to guide our country commercial bank assets appraisal;Help to improve the rationality of the our country commercial bank assets appraisal;Help to better understand the management of Chinese commercial Banks bank value structure,principle,ascension;Help our country commercial bank's existing shareholders and potential investors to deepen understanding and assessment of the value of Banks.
