| Credit business of the bank's core business types,it occurs from the loan before the survey to the loan examination and approval,issued to the duration of post-loan management is a complete process,affecting the overall quality,and the effect of bank credit business.In this paper,in-depth analysis of the current traffic bank credit for risk management in the whole process management,efficiency improvement,data application and so on various problems encountered,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience and practice of Banks,in view of the existing credit process from before credit investigation,credit review,the complete chain of post-loan management existence problems of credit whole process management to optimize corresponding strategies are put forward.For under the new situation,the credit business of commercial Banks customer management,risk control,data mining,and benefit promotion work has important reference significance.The whole process of credit business is a complete life cycle.In this cycle,different stages,involve different line department,the bank handling and approval of the personnel involved in,endowed with different responsibilities,form different profiles and all kinds of data,and into contact with different external customers and agencies;In this cycle,as a result of the policy and institutional orientation errors or operational irregularities may lead to commercial bank market risk,credit risk,operational risk,reputation risk,compliance risk,etc all kinds of risks,so as to make the bank losses;In this cycle,the macroeconomic situation and the management of the commercial Banks of various regulatory measures are affecting the different mode of operation and the final decision.As a result,the whole process of credit business in the process of the management of the current domestic commercial Banks,has always been as an organic whole to conduct a comprehensive management,and aiming at different links in the process,different departments and personnel to targeted,level control,thus forming a whole process management mechanism.In this paper,through the introduction of the credit business of bank of communications management status,select some typical representative cases,points out that the whole life cycle of the traffic bank credit business in each link of the main problems and the insufficiency,and further analyzed the cause of the problem.Combined with the credit of the whole process management theory,for the bank credit business credit before,when,after the loan process put forward effective promotion strategy,and finally to our country commercial bank on the road to the future development of the whole process management of credit business is discussed. |
