Multi-Objective Optimization Research On Sustainable Carrying Capacity Of Urban Tourism Environment

The environment in which tourism development depends is a compound system of ever-changing and succession.The quality of tourism environment determines the susta inable development of regional tourism and the competitiveness of tourism.The carryi ng capacity of tourism environment integrates the integrated factors of nature,econom y and society,and becomes an important index to measure the quality of tourism envi ronment and the sustainable development of tourism.With economic globalization and regional economic integration,the increase in the sustainable carrying capacity of urba n tourism environment is an important factor for cities to participate in competition in the country or region.Scientifically and effectively measuring and evaluating the leve l of urban tourism environment carrying capacity will help promote tourism destination s Sustainable development.First of all,this article starts with a review of domestic and international tourism environmental sustainable bearer research,and reviews the connotation of sustainable urban tourism environment carrying capacity,the carrying capacity of urban tourism en vironment,and the sustainable carrying capacity of tourism environment in time serie detailed explanation.Secondly,through the “multi-dimensional segmentation”and “mitch el sorting”,this paper carefully analyzes the core stakeholders in the urban tourism en vironment,and gives the specific index system of the sustainable bearing of the urban tourism environment from the perspective of the core interest subjects.At the same t ime,combining the specific requirements of China's urban tourism development plan a nd the interest demands of the core stakeholders,it points out three specific goals for the sustainable carrying of urban tourism environment,and uses the idea of multi-obj ective optimization to build a sustainable multi-objective optimization model;Finally,t aking Qingdao as an example,careful analysis of Qingdao tourism development situati on of combination of Qingdao city from 2007 to 2016 a total of 10 years of statistic al data,respectively according to the peak season,season off-season peace building 2016 Qingdao city sustainable tourism environment carrying multi-objective optimization model,using the method of GM(1,1)of 2020 Qingdao sustainable tourism environm ent carrying index numerical forecast,according to the season,season off-season peace building 2020 Qingdao tourism environment sustainable carrying multi-objective optim ization model,the model using the NSGA-II method,according to the solving of th e simulation and 50 set of values to analyze the status of Qingdao tourism environment development,targeted put forward countermeasures carried environmentally sustainab le tourism.Research shows:(1)The definition of sustainable carrying of urban tourism environment reveals the concept and particularity of sustainable urban tourism environment carrying system,which is the theoretical basis for constructing a multi-objective sustainable carrying model of urban tourism environment.(2)The multi-agent partition provides a new perspective for multi-objective optimization of sustainable urban tourism environment.(3)The multi-objective optimization model of sustainable urban tourism environment can be solved by NSGA-II multi-objective optimization method.The analysis of simulation results can provide some guidance for the further development of urban tourism environment.
