Measurement Research Of The Urban And Rural Residents Sharing The Reform Achievement In Hubei Province

As a whole,new concept of five development change the way of leading the development of Chinese Economy.The sharing idea has been considered as the biggest highlights created by the Communist Party of China,which explains the purpose and motivation of development,vigorously promoting the adjustment of economic structure and the development of urban and rural economy,it is the only way to achieve common prosperity from partial to general.As one of the most important provinces in central China,Hubei Province has been developing rapidly since the reform of the economic system.With the increasing per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents,the corresponding consumption expenditure level significantly has increased.In the context of economic prosperity the income gap between urban and rural residents has been widening.As scholars shift their focus to sharing,what the significant key is how to accurately measure sharing components in the process of the reform and development,quantitative measure is a reference and supplement to existing literature.The measurement research not only guarantee the balance and sustainability of economic development,but also provide corresponding basis when the government formulate relevant policies.Thinking of feeling of the sharing idea as demand satisfaction,this article build initial inspiration based on the urban and rural residents consumer spending levels in Hubei Province.According to the connection of classical Solow-Swan economic growth model and Golden-rule of Capital,making the measurement model of consumer surplus in the theory of consumer behavior as basic model,it build up a statistical measurement research about the urban and rural residents sharing the reform achievements.Based on the present situation and economy data of Hubei Province,this paper makes an empirical study on the development achievements of the reform in Hubei Province,comparative analysing with studies at the national level.The results show that,First of all,with the deepening of reform development,it is obvious that the satisfaction of urban and rural residents sharing reform development is constantly improving each year.Secondly,whether it is in the stage of subsistence or a well-off society,the fruits of the reform and development of urban and rural residents are not comprehensive,especially the sharing degree of rural residents.Finally,in different stages of reform,urban and rural residents are unable to show the same gender and synchronism,and urban residents and rural residents have an obvious imbalance.Through comparative analysis,sharing is synchronized in Provinces and at the national level,furthermore,the sharing ratio of Hubei Province is higher than national level at different demand level.
