Study On The Path Of Political Identity In The Mixed Ownership Reform Of State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprise reform has always been an important area of China's economic restructuring.Reviewing the reform process of China's state-owned enterprises,whether reforms such as the implementation of the contracting system,decentralization,profit reduction,efficiency reduction,or the reform of the property rights system,these reforms have achieved some achievements,but none have touched the pain points of state-owned enterprises.The path of institutional dependence has caused such problems as low competitiveness,low productivity,and low organizational efficiency.As a result,the effectiveness of the reform of state-owned enterprises is still unsatisfactory.Based on this,in order to make our country's state-owned enterprises bigger and stronger,and to strengthen the economic foundation for the people to be the masters of the country,the party and the government,on the basis of summarizing the basic experience and lessons learned from the reform of China's state-owned enterprises,set "The State Council's Opinions on the Development of Mixed-Ownership Economy by State-Owned Enterprises".The opinion of state-owned enterprises in the development of a mixed-ownership economy point out the direction for the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.However,due to the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China,people fear that it will either undermine the dominant position of the publicly-owned economy or harm the interests of the non-public economy.Therefore,no matter whether it is political circles,academia,or even the enterprise itself,it has not reached a consensus political recognition.The existence of this problem not only hinders the reform of state-owned enterprises' mixed ownership system and makes it difficult to increase their competitiveness,productivity,and organizational efficiency,making it difficult to consolidate the economic foundations of the people as the masters of the country,and hinders the promotion of the policies of the party and the government.It is difficult to put it into practice,thereby impairing its execution and authority.Seriously studying the political identity of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises has become a major theoretical and practical issue that needs to be resolved.Based on this,on the basis of combing the research status and related achievements of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,this paper uses the political identity theory in political theory as the basic theory of analysis,analyzes the political identity of state-owned enterprises' mixed ownership reform and analyzes the political situation.Recognize the inherent logic between mixed ownership reforms of state-owned enterprises and explore the path of political acceptance of state-owned enterprises' mixed ownership reform.The full text is divided into four chapters and a basic conclusion,the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1: introduction.The background and the basis of the selected topic,the purpose and significance of the research are explained;related research results at home and abroad are reviewed,and the relevant dynamics are commented on;relevant research ideas,frameworks and methods are explained,and the innovation of this paper is introduced.Chapter 2: The theoretical analysis of constructing the political identity path of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.First of all,the concept of political identity is defined,basic features and functions of political identity,and the general logic of political identity are revealed,so as to consolidate the theoretical basis for constructing the political identity path of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises;Second,the concept of mixed ownership is defined.Reveal the basic features and functions of mixed ownership,explain the internal logic of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,and provide theoretical support for the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises.Finally,from the interaction between “political identity is the ideological precursor to promote the reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises” and “the performance of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises further consolidate the economic basis of political identity”,it explains the political interaction between system,improve top-level design”;“reform the governance structure,improve the efficiency of enterprises”,“innovate the governance model,achieve the integration of interests”,which are six aspects that improving political ownership of state-owned enterprises mixed ownership reform.conclusion: Based on the above four chapters,we summarize the basic conclusions of this study,explain the basic points of this study,and analyze the directions for further study.
