Research On Parts And Components Trade Between China And East Asian Countries

East Asian countries are important partners in China's trade.Parts and components trade is an important part of China's trade with East Asian countries.The trade between spare parts and products between China and East Asian countries is competitiveness and complementary.but there are still many problems in the development.With the development of East Asian regional economic integration,the emergence of a large number of free trade zones has provided new opportunities for the development of parts and components trade between China and East Asian countries.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of parts and components trade in China and East Asian countries,analyze the development potential,and explore countermeasures.Firstly,this article systematically analyzes the current situation of parts and components products trade in China and East Asia from the overall scale,product structure,and market structure.The trade of parts and components products between China and East Asian countries shows an upward trend.However,there are still some problems in the development.The traditional competitive advantage is gradually lost,the rules of origin overlapping in the free trade zone overlap seriously;the trade structure in the parts and components industry in East Asia is not reasonable;the member enterprises in East Asia lack the power of independent innovation.Secondly,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with the help of explicit comparative advantage(RCA),product display technology added value analysis(RTV),and trade complementarity index analysis(TCI),China's parts and components trade with East Asian countries was conducted.The results show that China and East Asian parts and components trade has strong competitiveness,but the competitive advantage is gradually decreasing.Further empirical analysis of the development potential of parts and components products trade between China and East Asia countries was conducted.The gravity model was constructed using Eviews6.0 software.The empirical results showed that GDP,foreign direct investment,preferential trade agreements for parts and components products trade between China and East Asia countries There is a positive effect.The distance between the two countries and the exchange rate have a negative impact on the trade of parts and components products between China and East Asia countries.Finally,we put forward some suggestions to promote China and East Asian parts products trade.We can maintain and enhance the competitive advantage of Chinese parts and components products,make full useof the preferential rules of origin of China and the East Asian national free trade area,improve the quality of China's use of FDI,promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of parts and components,and improve the independent innovation ability of Chinese spare parts enterprises.
