Analysis Of The Integration And Effect Of Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry Of America

As an intermediate demand industry in the manufacturing industry,the producer service industry is an important intermediate input in the manufacturing industry.The producer services industry has introduced the increasingly specialized and mature human and intellectual capital into the manufacturing industry by infiltrating into the manufacturing value chain,which has increased the added value of product and is the key to the transformation of the manufacturing industry.Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and an important supporting industry for the rapid economic development.At present,the manufacturing industry of China faces many problems such as weak innovation capacity,low level of interaction and integration with producer services,lack of core competitiveness,and serious environmental pollution.The United States is the country with the earliest and deepest integration between the manufacturing and producer services industry in the developed countries,and it has achieved industrial structure optimization through integration.Therefore,exploring the integration mode and experience of the producer service industry and manufacturing industry in the United States,and thus seeking a transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry have profound implications.This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical basis for the integration of producer services and manufacturing.Through theoretical research,it is concluded that the integration of producer services and manufacturing is the development trend of future industries.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo and the causes of the development of the US producer services and manufacturing industry,it is concluded that the integration trend between the US producer services and the manufacturing industry has deepened.Economic globalization and the deepening of the division of labor promote the integration of them,the diffusion of technology and the internal guidance of management innovation.The relaxation of government regulations,the encouragement of research and development,and the promotion of cooperation between industry,university and research have promoted thedeepening of the integration of them.Third,by analyzing the effects of the convergence of the US producer services industry and the manufacturing industry,the integration of them can ultimately achieve transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure by reducing costs,increasing product added value,and labor productivity;the integration of them can reduce resource consumption,improve resource use efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Finally,the dynamic panel data analysis method is used to empirically study the impact of the degree of integration of the producer services industry and the manufacturing industry on the labor productivity of the manufacturing industry.Research shows that the positive integration of the technology service industry and the manufacturing industry increases the productivity of the manufacturing industry.The most significant effect is that the increase in the degree of backward integration of the modern logistics industry and the manufacturing industry contributes the most to the labor productivity of the manufacturing industry;the positive integration of the low-tech industry and the producer service industry has the most significant effect on the promotion of the labor productivity of the low-tech manufacturing industry.The revelation is that China should learn from the development experience of the United States,establish a correct concept of industrial development,promote the integration of producer services and manufacturing,and coordinate development;relax industry regulations and encourage production services through subsidies and tax incentives and talent introduction.Industry development.Encourage manufacturing industry to increase exchanges and cooperation with producer services to jointly develop products and market.Encourage low-tech manufacturing industries to use specialized producer services to reduce manufacturing costs through outsourcing and other forms Finally,the transformation,upgrading and green development of the manufacturing industry will be achieved.
