| In recent years,along with information technology's swift and violent advance,the kitchen electric kind of product permeates our life layer upon layer,becomes the indispensable constituent.The leading companies in these industries are the focus of the investors.The value of these enterprises is an important measure.So asset assessment enters into all trades and fields,and it provides some references for economic activity.The Enterprise value is the efficacious index that evaluate the performance of the management.And it plays an important role in the management and financial analysis of enterprises.It provides an important reference for investors to make investment decision analysis.Kitchen electrical products play an important role.Therefore,this paper chooses the kitchen electric industry as the target industry.So I choose Robam as an example to study the valuation.Robam was founded in 1979,is one of the leaders in kitchen electric industry.It went public in The Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November 2010.The main content of first portion includes research significance and background contrast used research questions,and a method literature review.The second part describes importance of assessing the value in real-life case studies.Meanwhile comparative analysis method is used in this paper,on the basis of comparative analysis,we explore under what circumstances which approach is more suitable.The third part focuses on the current status and development tendency of the kitchen electric industry.The forth part includes financial and operational condition of Robam Electric,including industry analysis,financial analysis and comparative analysis with similar companies in the industry.The fifth part of the contents of the article is detailed analysis on the basis of the front of Robam Electric valuation method.Conclusions were analyzed and drawn,in the same way,we look for difference between the stock and real. |
