The snack food is of low value and large consumption, and the production time accounts for the majority of the lead time, and this part of the time is variable. How to reduce this part of the time has important research value. This paper presents a MTS-MTO hybrid production strategy that aims to shorten lead time and less supply chain costs to meet shelf life requirements and reduce retailer's inventory costs.Different types of snacks market characteristics are not nearly the same in Snack FMCG industry,Many factors will have an impact on the decision-making of the production model. This paper mainly does the following four aspects of the work: Firstly, the stacklberg model and the centralized decision model of decentralized decision are established. The MTO and MTS-MTO production strategies are discussed under two decision models, and the corresponding algorithms are given.Secondly, compared to the original MTO production strategy, the optimal supplier inventory M is determined under the MTS-MTO strategy.Thirdly,Under the MTS-MTO,the cost of the supply chain and the retailer is reduced, but the cost of the supplier increases,so the retailer wants to give the corresponding compensation to the supplier. In this paper, the nash negotiation model based on satisfaction is designed to get the compensation that retailer should give to supplier and solved the distribution problem of benefit that MTS-MTO production strategy brings to the supply chain, achieved that retailers and suppliers are satisfied with the results and supply chain coordination...
