| 2016 is the best year for the development of Bitcoin.In this year,Bitcoin in China rose more than 200%,and even some people name 2016 as bit currency year.With the rapid development of Bitcoin in recent years,its various characteristics of the advantages gradually reflected.At the same time,Bitcoin has brought some impact to the monetary theory and the real economy.The rapid development of Bitcoin has made governments began to realize that the private currency,which is dominated by Bitcoin,has brought about a certain degree of impact on the normal operation of economic and finance.At the same time,currency digitization has become a trend,then some countries have begun Consider issuing legal digital currency.China's performance is very positive,she has held a digital currency seminar,set up a digital money research institute,and the legal digital currency research has made great achievements.At this stage,most countries tend to upgrade and improve on the basis of technology such as Bitcoin chain,encryption algorithm and so on,and design legal digital currency in line with their own national conditions.Therefore,it is very important to explore the influence of the standard currency from the perspective of the characteristics,the monetary theory,the benefit and the risk management before the introduction of the legal digital currency in China.It has certain theoretical and practical significance.As most of the current research focuses on unilateral research on Bitcoin or legal digital currency,the nature of statutory digital currency can not be introduced step by step.Therefore,this paper will use the method of analytical induction and theoretical analysis to innovatively study from the following aspects.First of all,from the theoretical and practical aspects,analyze the characteristics of Bitcoin,the impact of monetary theory and policy,the actual benefits and risk management methods.Secondly,it is necessary to study the necessity of constructing the legal digital currency system,discuss the reason and advantage of the issue of the legal digital currency and whether the bitcoin can be used as the legal digital currency directly.Thirdly,this paper will explore the influence of China's legal digital currency in terms of the characteristics,the monetary theory influence,advantages,risks and management of the special currency,and in conjunction with the case of the Bank of England's digital currency RScoin.Finally,the author summarizes the revelation of the special currency from the three aspects of the characteristics,the theory and the actual,and makes suggestions for the issuance of the legal digital currency. |
