Throughout the history of human monetary development,from self-sufficiency of natural economy to accidental exchange of things to normalized exchange of things,money finally appeared,and with the evolution of monetary form into today's paper money,digital money is a part of the normal evolution of money.The development of money makes money more convenient and safe.Legal digital money meets the needs of many aspects of monetary function.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,literature review and so on.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of legal digital currency from the monetary theory.According to the different issuers,digital currency is divided into legal digital currency and private digital currency,and finds that legal digital currency can satisfy the five functions of currency.The chapter introduces the technical support of digital currency.Block chain technology can be used not only as the operation of private digital currency,but also as the technical support of legal digital currency.It introduces the mining,voting,consensus and encryption of the current block chain,and points out its characteristics as decentralization,distributed account book and anonymity.Chapter IV takes Bitcoin as an example to divide the operation of private digital currency.The fifth chapter designs legal digital currency from the framework.The author thinks that the issuance of legal digital currency should adopt the dual credit issuance mode in order to make full use of the current financial system,and the circulation should adopt the dual mode.The supervision should be based on the security of legal digital currency itself.We should start with the determination of the subject and index of supervision and the fight against illegal and criminal activities.
