With the continuous improvement of the global economic integration and market economic system,the utilization of foreign capital has gradually become an important grasp of China's economic development.Local governments are also deeply aware that the introduction of industrial technology,physical enterprises and capital economy from outside the region to the development of the region through investment promotion is an important way for all regions,especially the development zones,to achieve rapid economic and social development.Although the Yangling agricultural high-tech industrial technology demonstration zone is located in the western part of China,the advantages of system,brand and science and education are very obvious.With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" national strategy and the establishment of a free trade zone,the Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industrial Technology Demonstration Zone has ushered in a great opportunity for development.Under the background of increasingly fierce investment attraction in the region,how to seize the opportunity,speed up the pace of catching up and surpassing,and achieve the sustained and rapid development of the economy and society through investment attraction is a major issue that faces face to face.The thesis is guided by industrial agglomeration theory,comparative advantage theory and investment attraction marketing theory,and takes Yangling agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone as the research object to attract investment.Based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars and in-depth research in Yangling demonstration area,This paper discusses the related concepts and theories of investment attraction,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of investment attraction in the Yangling demonstration area,analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of investment attraction and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the business environment,and puts forward the strategies and countermeasures for investment attraction in the Yangling demonstration area.The paper found out: First,through the analysis of the current situation,it is concluded that there are serious resource waste,imbalance in industrial structure,poor investment environment,insufficient innovation in methods,and poor quality of the team in the Yangling demonstration area.The root cause of the deep research is that the concept of investment promotion is not scientific,the system management has loopholes,the environment is not in place,the leadership pays attention to and the entire staff is not in place,and the construction of the team is incomplete.Second,through multiple regression analysis,it is concluded that cost factors,economic factors,environmental factors,and leading industrial factors are the significant factors that influence the investment attraction in Yangling demonstration area.Third,through SWOT analysis,we can conclude that Yang Ling's investment promotion has advantages in science,education,policy,brand,cost,openness,and other disadvantages,as well as industries,financing,talents,and services.There are challenges such as industrial transfer at home and abroad,the deepening of the Belt and Road strategy,the opportunity for Shaanxi to accelerate industrialization and urbanization,and fierce competition in regional investment promotion,the gradual decline of Yang Ling's unique advantages,and the bottleneck of land and other resources.Fourth,based on the definition of the concept of investment promotion,theoretical research,analysis of the current situation,analysis of influencing factors,and SWOT analysis,the "product" strategy is to optimize the business environment and improve the service level.The "reward and punishment" strategy is to strengthen the investment promotion assessment and increase the rewards and punishments.The "positioning" strategy is to clearly identify the key points of investment promotion and optimize the investment promotion industry.The "channel" strategy is to cultivate market entities and enrich the investment promotion model.The "management" strategy is to innovate the investment promotion system and strengthen organizational support.The strategy of "talent" is to strengthen the construction of talents and promote the level of investment promotion.
