If agricultural and non-staple food processing industry enterprises want to maintain their advantages and occupy a place in an increasingly fiercely competitive market,then a scientific performance evaluation system is needed to make an objective assessment of their own operating conditions in order to find companies.Problems that have emerged but have not been discovered,improve the company's operating standards,and guide companies to make correct business practices,and the ultimate goal is to be able to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and maintain a good competitiveness.Because the traditional performance method has no way to meet the actual needs,and in the face of an increasingly complex business environment,if the company wants to continue to develop well,then the performance evaluation method needs to be improved.The two methods of BSC(Balanced Scorecard)and KPI(Key Performance Indicator)are aimed at the deficiency of the traditional performance evaluation methods of enterprises and are generated for the sake of development.They not only adapt to modern development but also inspire the current lack of understanding of performance evaluation.The company has a new understanding of it.This article first reviews and summarizes the research status,concepts,and theoretical foundations of performance evaluation at home and abroad.It also summarizes and compares the four performance evaluation methods,and combines the BSC(Balanced Scorecard)and KPIs(Key Performance Indicators).The feasibility of the use of relevant theories as a basis for analysis;Secondly,the research object of this article is YT Foods Company,to find out the necessity of introducing BSC(Balanced Scorecard)and KPI(Key Performance Indicators)into YT Foods Company.The defects in the performance evaluation are analyzed in the performance evaluation of YT Foods Company;and the performance evaluation system that combines the BSC(Balanced Scorecard)and KPI(Key Performance Indicator)that is suitable for YT Foods Company is selected again.Appropriate and relevant indicators need to be combined with their own company's own actual situation and strategic objectives.Then,in order to obtain performance scores for each level of the company,they need to be calculated by the AHP method to calculate the weight of each level and specific indicators,and through detailed scoring of the overall score and the scores of each level Based on the performance evaluation of YT Foods Company,a conclusion was reached;finally,the conclusions about the performance evaluation of YT Foods Company were analyzed and recommendations were made,hoping that the BSC(Balanced Scorecard)and KPI(Key Performance Indicators)The combined performance evaluation system can continue to be continuously improved in the future,and it can be applied more.
