Tax-Control Network Invoice Machine Management Platform And Research On Critical Technology

Nowadays,Invoice-related illegal crime emerge in endlessly,this phenomenon affects national economy tax,and seriously damage the interests of the people.Even if the State Council and State Bureau of Taxation has set plenty of corresponding penalty provisions,but it still couldn't fundamentally punish and fight against the rampant invoice-related criminal activities.Besides,during the existing tax system,if taxpayers want to do tax treatment,they have to experience complex processes,and it extremely consumes manpower and time.As for tax authorities,difficulty in invoice management is also a problem to be solved.In order to solve the problems in the existing tax system,in addition to further intensify invoice crime punishment,State also began to accept network invoice,popularize network invoice management system,therefore,a new tax-control network invoice machine management platform proposed in this paper.As a powerful fiscal tools of enhancing the level of invoice management informationization,the tax-control network invoice management platform can not only simplify the tax-related and tax-related process,improve the efficiency of invoice management and work quality,but also can effectively restrain the invoice-related illegal crime,create favorable tax environment.Based on the high performance goals of network invoice management platform,combining the actual business requirements of the system,we do the performance promotion and evaluation research,so as to ensure the network invoice machine management platform can efficiently work when it suffers high concurrent access.Around the optimization of existing tax system and the solution of the system performance bottleneck,in this paper,our main works are listed in the following:1)A comprehensive tax-control network invoice machine management platform was implemented to overcome the complexity of tax process and difficulty of managing invoice in the existing tax system.We analyzed the business requirements of network invoice machine network management platform,then,designed system architecture,function module,and communication protocol,and focused the implementation of the system.2)Critical performance bottlenecks in the tax-control network invoice machine management platform was analyzed,we put forward the corresponding solutions and implement them.In terms of program design,then,we considered the high concurrency model IOCP to improve network communication layer;at last,the load balance optimization strategy based on user access rules was put forward.Through these performance optimization scheme,the database access speed was sped up,the tax-control network invoice machine management platform of high concurrent connection issue was solved.3)Performance evaluation of the high performance strategy was done to validate the effectiveness of the system's performance enhance critical techniques.Based on LoadRunner,which is industrial performance test tool,we took the number of simultaneous connections,response time and CPU occupancy rate as the main performance indicators,evaluated the key techniques we proposed.The concurrency experiment found that the platform can withstand 30000 invoice machine concurrent connections at the same time,and maintained at 25% CPU utilization.The experimental results show that our performance improvement strategies in line with the anticipated goal.
