Research On Financing Way Of Project Revenue Bonds

The project revenue bonds has emerged in our country since 2014.In recent years,many documents involving project revenue bonds have been put forward,such as the general office of the national development and reform commission on innovation enterprise bond financing way to advance shantytown renovation construction related issues notice with stable debt financing source shantytown renovation project in May2014.In 2015,the relevant departments and successively introduced the measures for the administration of pilot project revenue bonds and "interim measures for project revenue debt management".These laws and regulations and the relevant documents are used as a project revenue bonds in China's long-term healthy development of the role of escort.In the foreseeable future,the project yield bonds will get rapid progress in our country.This paper will take the example of the urban water supply facilities,which is a specific project,to explore the project debt financing problem,combining with theory analysis and case analysis.The first part introduces the background and meaning of project yield,then analyzes the advantage of project yield,.It also analyses whether it is appropriate for urban water supply project to finance by the project revenue bonds.And then expresses the advanced experience in the issuance of revenue bonds of the United States,comparing with the current situation of China.After plenty of theoretical analysis,the project revenue bond for the financing of P county's urban water supply project will be designed on the part of the basic principles,issuing interest rate,transaction,information disclosure.I hope that this study can be helpful for broadening the financing channels Chinese infrastructure projects,and also do good to the long-term development of project revenue bonds in our country.
