The Research On Financing Leasing For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

SMEs is an important pillar of the system of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.The rapid development of Chinese financing leasing of small and medium-sized enterprises offers a steady development environment of SMEs.In this paper,the financing lease,an important instrument in financial market is analyzed by both theory and practice perspective.The limitation and the vision of the development of China's financial leasing market is proposed by analysis on China's small and medium-sized enterprise financing environment and case study of Hubei Financial Leasing co.,Ltd.Firstly,the research background and significance is introduced.Secondly,financing present situation in our country is analyzed in comparison between different kinds of financing ways and leasing.Thirdly,a study on the development and patterns of financing leasing especially towards the SMEs after the opening up is taken.The fourth part analyzes the deficiency existing in current financing lease industry in China and the problems of small and medium-sized enterprise itself.The fifth part sets Hubei Financial Leasing co.,Ltd.as a case,detailed introduces the development status,development characteristics of the company.We focus on the strategy,innovation and the advantages and disadvantages.In the sixth part,the reform suggestions,the innovative measures and the plan for the future development direction is proposed from the national macro policy,financial leasing companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.The innovative points are as follows: 1.Theory combined with practice.Points of view are more persuasive;2.Adequate comparative analysis through several existing main financing tools points out that the financing lease is more suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprise.3.Different aspects of financial leasing industry development and prospects and improvement measures are studied to give a detailed and adequate research to guide the vision of the future financing leasing development.
