Research On Financing Problems Of A Auto Financing Leasing Company

After entering China in 1980s,after several years of development and improvement,financial leasing has developed rapidly in China and gradually penetrated into the automobile market.The auto financing lease industry,which belongs to the financing lease industry,also meets the bottleneck of the industry,that is,the financing channel is narrow and the financing is difficult.Although there have been a lot of research achievements on the problem of financing difficulty in the early stage,there are few studies on the financing problem in the specific field of auto financing lease,many experts and scholars at home and abroad for the financing of the small and medium enterprises research is endless,but for the small car finance leasing companies in this particular area of financing is a phoenix.Therefore,this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance on the study of financing problems of small financial leasing companies.In September 2015,a company set up in Suzhou,is a small and medium-sized private car rental company.Due to the lack of financial institutions and manufacturers background,and the establishment of a company is not long,a company does not have a continuous flow of capital,but as a capital-intensive industry,a company needs a lot of capital to promote the development of the company's business.Therefore,this article selects a company,no matter from the nature or from the present situation question,to the small financial leasing company financing question research,has the certain significance representation.This article mainly uses the case analysis method to carry on the corresponding research.First of all,the background of this paper,relevant literature and financing theory are elaborated in detail;secondly,the financial leasing industry and auto financing leasing industry are systematically introduced by using SWOT analysis;Taking company a as an example,this paper introduces the Financing Environment and financing problems of company a in detail,and expounds the reasons of financing problems of company a from two angles of internal and external causes,company a needs to consider and design the corresponding financing strategy and optimize the financing environment from the short-term and medium-long-term perspective,so as to solve the financing problem of the company to the greatest extent.This study is expected to provide some guidance for other companies in the same industry,help small and medium-sized financial leasing companies in the context of the new economic normal,break through the financing difficulties and seek sustainable and stable development.
