The Valuation Model And Application Research Of Listed Companies Based On EVA

With the stock market becoming increasingly hot,the enterprise value evaluation problem has become the nucleus concerned.The EVA indicator(Economic value added),can overcome the lackness of traditional methods and include the equity capital costs,thus reflecting the value created for shareholders in a given period.In China,the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the central enterprise operating performance evaluation stipulated a EVA calculation,which is not suitable for evaluation and valuation.Therefore,to establish a set of reasonable EVA calculation method with Chinese characteristics is particularly important.Considering all the things above,this essay established a set of reasonable EVA calculation,and examined it from empirical and case aspects.Firstly,this article analyzed the research background of EVA valuation,then reviewed the domestic and foreign research achivements about the theory of EVA.And then this article introduced the EVA theory and the valuation model,and put forward a set of EVA calculation method.In terms of empirical research,this article compared the effectiveness of assessment method of EVA and improved EVA in evaluating the value of the company.In case study,this article selected the Fiberhome Technologies Group as the object,used the above two calculation methods of EVA to value the company,and compared and concluded the results.Finally concluded the whole article,and put forward some suggestions.This article confirmed that the improved method can be used for valuation and evaluation.This article can not only make the EVA calculation methods useful in evaluation,but also can be used for enterprise performance evaluation,making it easier for investors to invest and the managers to manage enterprise.
