Research On Enterprise Value Evaluation Of G Company Based On EVA

With the rapid development of the social economy,high-tech enterprises taking the road of independent innovation occupy an increasingly important position in the national economy,and it is also a manifestation of a country's comprehensive national strength.At present,hightech enterprises are increasing,and activities such as acquisition,restructuring and mergers between companies are becoming more and more frequent.The value of enterprises has become the core of concern of managers and investors.It is a top priority to have an objective understanding of the value of high-tech enterprises.Among the many value assessment methods,which one is more suitable for value evaluation of high-tech enterprises has not yet reached a unified conclusion.Therefore,by analyzing the differences between high-tech enterprise characteristics,this paper attempts to find a method that is more suitable for hightech enterprise value evaluation than other value assessment methods and evaluate its value.In the basic theory part,this paper elaborates on the related theory of enterprise value and the related concepts of EVA.By comparing the value evaluation method such as cost method and market comparison method with the EVA value evaluation method,it is found that EVA has great advantages compared with other evaluation methods.The biggest advantage is that it considers the cost of equity capital of the enterprise,and adjusts some accounting subjects according to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,effectively avoiding short-sighted behavior of enterprises,and more comprehensively and scientifical y assessing the value of high-tech enterprises.This paper takes G company technology co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as G company)as an example.Through the analysis of the company's financial situation and enterprise characteristics,the value of the adjusted EVA valuation model is evaluated to verify the effectiveness of EVA value evaluation method for high-tech enterprises.Finally,the optimization Suggestions of EVA evaluation method in the application of high-tech enterprises are put forward.
