Research On Green Asset Securitization In China

In the "green" was incorporated into China's five major development concept,China's green finance into the high-speed development stage.Green financial infrastructure system,market size,product variety and market participation in the rich degree of the subject has been rapidly improved.The application of asset securitization to green finance practice will bring new impetus to green finance practice.This article selected the analysis of the product "Xingyin 2016 the first phase of green financial credit asset support securities" for the "green bond support project directory" after the release of the first green asset-backed securities.This paper first reviews the theory of green finance and asset securitization,and analyzes the definition and classification of green asset securitization in our country.Then,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of green financial instruments such as green credit and green bonds,and points out the advantages of green asset securitization in lowering financing threshold,controlling financing cost and identifying investment standard.It is proposed that green asset securitization is China's green finance Practical supplement.Then,the case analysis method is used to analyze the green asset support securities of Xingyin.Finally,the conclusion: the current product design is reasonable,risk prevention measures to improve,and achieved good financial and social effects.Some suggestions are given for the problems existing in this issue,such as decentralized distribution of underlying assets,expansion of issuance regulations,and enhancement of information disclosure.According to the previous analysis,the author further gives the corresponding policy suggestions such as perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the disclosure management,referencing the third party organization certification,As well as the comprehensive development of direct and indirect green asset securitization.
