Research On Risk Management Of Tourist Center Project In Kazanqi Folk Customs Area

Along with the in-depth promotion of China's “One Belt,One Road” strategy,Kazanqi Folk Customs Area,as the first member scenic spot of “China Belt and Road Tourism Scenic Alliance”,fully seized this good development opportunity and highlighted its own multi-ethnic culture gathering characteristic area.Advantages,vigorously develop tourism.In order to improve the level of tourist reception services in the Kazanqi Folk Customs Area,in April 2015,Nanjing made a major decision to build a key project for the construction of the Kazanqi Folk Customs Tourist Center.In November 2017,the project Completely completed and put into use.Therefore,this paper uses the literature method,case analysis method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the risk management of the tourist center project in the folk customs area of Kazanqi,and study it according to the steps of risk identification-risk evaluation-risk response.Risk management application.Taking the Kazanqi Folk Customs Tourist Center as an example,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of project risk management based on the introduction of relevant research background and research significance.Then,it analyzes the Kazanqi Folk Customs Tourist Center project.Including project overview,project characteristics and project risk management requirements,and then identify and evaluate the risk of the project;further,according to the project risk assessment results,risk response and control of key risk factors of the project,and propose certain safeguard measures To ensure that the risk of the Kazanqi Folk Customs Visitor Center project is minimized and the project can be successfully completed.
