With the continuous enrichment of material life,more and more people are seeking to improve their physical fitness.Fitness clubs have become one of the most important ways for people to exercise their bodies.As the number of clubs increases,the level of service quality varies.How to improve the quality of service has become an important issue for current fitness clubs.This article selects eight fitness clubs in Nanjing as the research object.Through the relevant review of service quality and the empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn: First,this article believes that the service quality of fitness clubs can be divided into five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,empathy,assurance and responsiveness;and secondly,the quality of service in fitness clubs is five.In the dimension,tangibility is of the highest importance to service quality,followed by assurance and responsiveness.Third,Wutaishan Fitness Club,Commercial International Fitness Club and Gamma International Fitness Club rank the top three points in service quality.Fourth,the level of service quality of the various brands of fitness clubs in the city is uneven.The service quality of the Nanjing Jushi,National Fitness Center,the Paez and Jinshibao fitness clubs needs to be improved.It is imperative to learn about the mountain stones,make up for their inadequacies,and continuously improve service quality.This article has two aspects of innovation: The first aspect is the improvement of the club service quality indicator system.The previous literature discusses the influencing factors of service quality mostly from the perspective of customer perception.This article believes that customer's repurchase behavior is also an important influencing factor of service quality and is closely related to the club's earnings.Therefore,this article adds the indicator of fitness card renewal willingness.Second,expand sample data and survey groups.This research group is a fitness enthusiast of all ages in Nanjing.More and more fitness groups are participating in the upsurge of fitness.This group includes not only young people but also older people.Different groups have different feelings and understandings of club service quality and evaluation of club service quality will be different.Therefore,in order to make the research results more reliable,this paper selects samples for each age group.
