With the development of economy market,the difference of products between companies is decreasing gradually.Homogenization is becoming more and more serious.Traditional price competition and promotion competition have not been able to bring competitiveness to companies.Brand marketing has become the focus of the marketing strategy in twenty-first Century,and now China's companies in brand competition and brand protection awareness is generally weak.In the acceleration of economic globalization and pluralistic competitive situation,many enterprises have been squeezed out of the market due to inadequate brand protection and lack of brand marketing strategy.Why only a few companies can stand up on the premise of having the same quality products?How to let companies come out of the vicious cycle of price competition?I believe that with the deepening of market economy globalization,competition is moving slowly from simple prices and products to brands,and brand has become the decisive factor of market competition.Therefore,brand marketing is the key to obtaining the core competitiveness and seeking long-term development.This paper relies on the environment,the brand status and office building products of Suzhou office building market.Author learns the theoretical knowledge of brand marketing and office building industry,analyzes the brand marketing environment of the office building project of ZR group,makes a corresponding marketing strategy on the brand of the office building project,and also provides some safeguard measures for the implementation of brand marketing strategy of ZR group office building project.Author believes that to strengthen the brand construction of the ZR office building project through marketing strategy,and helps to make the group stand out in such a fierce competition in the office market by relying on strong brand strength.Whether in Suzhou or in other cities,how to build strong brands in the office building industry,develop and manage brand assets,and operate strong brand products will become an important topic for every company in the office building industry.
