| In the process of rapid social economic, the expansion of the income gap of farmers' has been widespread concerned.Research on the reasons for the increasing income gap of farmers are from the economic, technological, financial and market development, employment, and farmers themselves. In view of the current lack of the research results of the impact of land acquisition on farmers' income gap, this paper studies the problem based on land acquisition.and conducts comparative analysis from the micro scale to study the formation mechanism of farmers' income gap to enrich the academic achievements in this field. This paper attempts to answer: whether the land acquisition has made few farmers got rich and what is the relationship between the land acquisition and farmers' income gap?We integrates the income gap between land acquisition and farmers into a unified analysis framework, and examines the path and mechanism of the impact of land acquisition on farmers' income gap.On this basis, this paper use difference in differences models(DID)to empirically verify the impact of land acquisition on the income gap of farmers from the perspectives of non-agricultural employment, the income share, rental income, and retained land project. On this basis, the paper uses the relevant data and uses the double scoring research method to empirically verify the impact of land acquisition on the income gap of farmers from the perspectives of non-agricultural employment, wage share, rental income, and land use.Through theoretical and empirical analysis, the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Land acquisition has changed the income structure of farmers, the primary industry declined and the tertiary industry increased led the income of land-expropriated farmers increased.(2)Land acquisition has widened the income gap of farmers, and land acquisition has benefited farmers in the land-expropriated villages.Land acquisition has increased the Gini coefficient by 1.78% in 2008 and 1.83% in 2013..(3)One of the reasons for the widening income gap among farmers is to increase wages. In 2008,non-agricultural employment caused the Gini coefficient to increase by 0.753%,and in 2013 the Gini coefficient increased by 0.901%.(4)The leasing economy also led the income gap increased.Housing rental and rental income affect the income gap of farmers. In 2008 and 2013,the Gini coefficient expanded by 1.027% and 0.929%.Among them, the retained land has a significant impact on the income gap of farmers. With the increase in the rate of land use,the Gini coefficient increased by 0.364% in 2008 and increased by 0.35% in 2013.Land acquisition has a great impact on the income gap of farmers. The results show that land acquisition has changed the livelihood of land-expropriated farmers.Non-agricultural employment and the development of the leasing economy have led to a widening of the income gap between farmers. The current land acquisition in the sample area is not conducive to narrowing the income gap of farmers.Although land acquisition has enabled the land-expropriated farmers to enjoy the benefits of land transfer, the income level of farmers without land requisition has limited.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper explores the income growth of farmers without land acquisition and reduces the income gap of farmers. The main measures are:(1)Fiscal transfer payments, increase support for farmers, and reduce the income gap with the land requisitioned villages;(2)Joint development of land assets of land requisitioned and unrequisitioned villages to promote the income of farmers without land requisition;(3)Unified land acquisition price, promote rural land system reform, increase farmers' income, and narrow the income gap of farmers. |
