As one of the focuses of current land system reform, rural land circulation has received widespread attention. In this paper, the method of field research and difference-in-difference model are used to study the impact of rural land transfer on household income level and income structure based on 281 household samples taken from 15 villages in Nong'an county. And it also compares the differences in the economic benefits of different modes of land transfer to farmers and brings up some policy suggestions to promote rural land transfer in rural areas to increase the income of rural households. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the rural households who did not participate in the rural land transfer, the per-capita net income of households in the transfer-out households was lower before the land transfer, and the difference between the two was 1,467 yuan. After transferring the land, the per capita household income of the transfer households increased significantly, which was higher than the 2410 yuan of households that did not participate in land transfer.Compared with the difference between the two before the land transfer, the difference between the two was 3,877 yuan. The main reason for this is that rural households can go out to work in cities for a long time to get more income. The per capita net income of rural households who transferred in land and the household business income also increased significantly, mainly due to the land-scale effect and the reduction of the cost of breeding.(2)Among the main factors affecting the income of farmers, the educational level of farmers and the proportion of labor force in the household population have a positive impact on the per capita income of rural households;Farmer's cultivated land area has a positive impact on household operating income, property income and transfer income, while the impact on wage income is not significant. The number of peasant households has a positive effect on the wage income of peasant households, and has a negative impact on property income and transfer income.Family size has a positive effect on the wage income, and has a negative impact on property income and transfer income.(3)Different modes of land transfer have different economic benefits. The “lease-back to rent mode” of Chenjiadian village has the highest economic benefit with a DID value of 6936,followed by the “cooperative mode” of Liangjiazi village with a DID value of 4314.The economic benefit of private agency for farmers is the lowest, with a DID value of only 1568.The “lease-back to rent mode” of Chenjiadian village can better increase the income of farmers because it provides a higher rent for land, and farmers who transferred out their land can get more wage income.
