The development of credit industry in our country is still in the early stages. The credit information sharing mechanism is not perfect, and the coverage of the credit information system at present is not high enough. However, the enterprise credit investigation industry is in great demand, especially the financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises, and the core of the financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises is the credit problem. It is urgent to propose a new credit information sharing scheme to supplement the credit data collection. However, the establishment of effective credit information sharing mechanism is faced with many challenges. The credit information sources have limitations, and current data trading center is faced with problems of privacy leakage, vulnerability to attack and unable to protect the right of information subject. The existing information sharing mechanism cannot meet the requirements of credit information sharing. At present, there are few researches on credit information sharing through technical means.Blockchain technology has been successfully applied in the field of digital currency, finance and supply chain.Blockchain technology has properties of immutability and transparent and the emergence of blockchain technology provides a feasible direction to solve the difficulty of credit information sharing.this article use blockschain technology from a technical point of research on enterprise credit information sharing problem solution, which provides new thinking for the development of the enterprise credit reporting industry.Under the background of commercial credit information sharing, this paper makes an in-depth study on the blockchain-based enterprise credit information sharing model. The main results of the research are as follows:1.Based on Chinese commercial credit information sharing environment and Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance algorithm, the Revised Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(RPBFT)consensus mechanism is proposed. In view of the client/server architecture of the Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance algorithm cannot directly applied in blockchain model,RPBFT consensus mechanism will be applied to P2 P network structure, and according to the rules of enterprise credit ranking from high to low produce two alliances, enterprise audit alliance and enterprise service alliance which respectively audit and service for the consistence of the block to improve the efficiency of consensus mechanism.2.A commercial credit information sharing model based on blockchain technology is proposed. The model adopts the RPBFT consensus mechanism which can solve the problem of wasting of the resources and low throughput. The model solve the problem that the credit data cannot be directly stored on the blockchain as the credit data is too much and needs to protect the privacy of credit data through storing the transaction information on the blockchain while storing the shared data in cloud server outside the blockchain. And the model also uses the proxy re-encryption method to share the data on the cloud server to achieve the access control and management to share data under the chain. The data structure design and workflow of the model are described in detail to facilitate the application of the model.3.This paper looks forward to the realization of privacy protection using emerging technologies in credit scoring system, and puts forward the reference framework of privacy protection in credit scoring system. In this framework, credit information providers share credit information, and credit scoring institutions or other research institutions get the desired results of the calculation(such as credit evaluation algorithm)of these data through smart contracts but do not disclose the original credit information content.
