Human Resources Management Risk Research On International Engineering Project Under The Background Of "the Belt And The Road"

Along with the gradual and continuous deepening of implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,there are more and more international projects undertaken by Chinese construction enterprises.This paper engineering explores the connotation of human resources management in international contracting projects and analyzes the risks in the process of human resources management in international engineering contracting projects.Based on the current background of the M project undertaken by Z C.ompany in P country,this paper explores the differences of human resources management between domestic projects and international engineering projects,especially focusing on the five major risks of human resources management,and then creating seven rationalization proposals for the risks.The paper aims to provide human resources support for other Chinese enterprises and ensure the smooth implementation of international engineering projects and improve the human resources management level of Chinese enterprises.
