In this paper,China's commercial banks “go global” and participate in the construction of “One Belt and One Road” to provide trade financing services for Chinese enterprises and host country enterprises along the route in order to provide reference opinions.Commercial banks' trade financing in countries along the "Belt and Road" is a need for realizing the "unimpeded trade" and "financing booming" in the "One Belt and One Road" initiative, which has important practical significance. The author read relevant books and papers. The research results of the commercial bank's international trade financing risk management have been relatively abundant, but after the “Belt and Road” initiative was put forward, there were fewer articles on commercial banks that increased trade financing along the Silk Road and conducted risk control studies. Therefore, through the writing of this topic,it will provide useful suggestions for China's commercial banks to carry out trade financing along the “One Belt and One Road” and make a contribution to enriching relevant theoretical research.Taking the construction of “One Belt and One Road” as the background, the article studied the commercial bank's trade finance products and mastered the theory of risk management and control,so that when commercial banks in the Silk Road countries do trade financing business, they can clearly identify risks and conduct risk management.By clarifying the financing risks of countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative,it has been found that most countries have medium or high national risks,as well as credit risks, market risks, and operational risks. The article analyzes the trade financing products and risks of countries along the Silk Road, describes the risk management and control process, explains the positive and negative trade finance cases, and finally concludes the risk management and control recommendations. The structure of the article: The first chapter is introduction, innovation and literature review. The second chapter briefly introduces the present situation of trade financing of China's commercial banks under the "One Belt and One Road" initiative. The third chapter is about the possible risks of commercial bank trade financing.Chapter IV,Trade Financing Products and Corresponding Risk Analysis of Bank of China in Countries along the Silk Road.Chapter V,the methods and recommendations of risk management and control, ends with two cases of commercial bank risk control.
