Since the 1990 s,China's economy has developed rapidly.With the fifth set of RMB being issued and used officially,the banknote paper manufacturers under China National Money Printing and Minting Corporation have added new production lines and greatly increased their production capacity in order to fulfill the increasing production tasks of banknote paper.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,due to the widespread use of electronic money and the emergence of other currency carriers,the use of paper money in the world has shown a downward trend,China is no exception.With the end of the RMB replacement task,the Renminbi will not be renewed for a period of time,while the impact of electronic money and various means of payment,China's cash circulation shows a downward trend.In this paper,Guangdong Guanhao High-tech Co.,Ltd.in the situation of threats and opportunities coexist,put forward to formulate a competitive strategy to adapt to the enterprise,to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.Under the background of mobile Internet era,,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.If high-tech enterprises want to stand firm in fierce competition,they must have a clear understanding of themselves and their surrounding environment,and have a clear understanding of their own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.We should have a clearer orientation so as to work out a development strategy that is in line with the business situation and economic situation.Taking Guangdong Guanhao High-tech Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies the strategic transformation and upgrading of the company's development.Guangdong Guanhao High-tech Co.,Ltd.is a state-level key high-tech enterprise.It was established in 1993 and put into operation in early 1995.It is the first large-scale professional company producing heat-sensitive paper in China and the largest carbon-free copy paper,self-adhesive label material and heat sublimation transfer paper with the most advanced production equipment and technology in China.Base.At present,with the development of social economy,on the one hand,the demand for special paper in the market is gradually increasing,on the other hand,more and more enterprises enter the industry,and the competition is gradually fierce.Therefore,this paper is in Guangdong Guanhao High-tech Co.,Ltd.under the situation of the threat and opportunity coexistence,put forward to formulate appropriate.The competition strategy of enterprises should be used to ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.Based on the systematic analysis of strategic management theory and competitive strategy theory,this paper makes an in-depth study of the two key businesses of guangdong guanhao high-tech joint stock company and the competitive strategy it should adopt by using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,five forces model and various competitive strategy theories.Firstly,it expounds the basic situation,background,research significance and theoretical model of the enterprise.Second,through to the guangdong crown Howe high-tech joint-stock company and analysis of the external environment,determine the key factors influencing the enterprise competition,analyzes the enterprise's competitive position in the market environment and the external threats from different direction,clear the status of the enterprise now and the future environment and its influence on enterprise,through to the guangdong crown Howe high-tech joint-stock company's human resources,financial resources,technological resources,material resources,(6)the ability of the network resources and the internal environment analysis,found that enterprise internal strengths and weaknesses,to find the gap between enterprises to adapt to the external competition environment,Provides the basis for the enterprise to formulate the competition strategy.Again,by determining the guangdong crown Howe diversified high-tech joint-stock company business development goals,using the theory and the enterprise competition strategy,combined with the enterprise internal environment condition,find the most appropriate market entry point for the enterprise,formulate feasible competitive strategy,and puts forward the guangdong crown Howe high-tech joint-stock company differentiation strategy implementation suggestion.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward some Suggestions.
