| As the key point of the IT industry,IT consulting is located in the front of the information services value chain.The main content of the IT consulting is Knowledge,and the essence of the IT consulting is knowledge management.With the requirements to improve the quality of service,how to improve the managerial skills of IT consulting on the base of knowledge management becomes a task of CSS co.,ltd.The aim of the study is to improve the capability of IT consulting service.In order to explain the key elements of the IT consulting service standard(IT consulting part1:General requirements),the study take the KMMM model into account which on the base of four dimension,including people and organization,knowledge content,business process,IT.Then build an evaluation indicators system of IT consulting and related model.Under the foregoing content,the study conduct a survey on KM maturity of the CSS Co.,ltd.Then locate the gap and problems of CSS IT consulting services through the analysis of KMMM model.And give advices on the result to improve the capability and performance of the IT consulting service. |
