Research On The Enterprise Valuation Of YX Network Co.Ltd Based On EVA

With the implementation of China's "Internet Plus" policy,the era of big data has impacted and quietly used people's traditional daily life habits due to lightning speed,due to the ever-changing communication and network technologies in the new era,and mobile phones and tablet computers.Mobile network devices can be called the speed of the market update iteration,a field that was just a little strange just a few years ago-the Internet mobile platform game industry has rapidly emerged,becoming one of the hottest concept industries in the capital market.This article takes YX Networks Co.,Ltd.,a listed company in this field as an example,to evaluate the value of EVA enterprise valuation model,compare it with its actual market value,and analyze the reasons for the differences,aiming at targeting the capital market.It provides a suitable methodological reference for value evaluation of companies in emerging industries,in the hope that their corporate value assessment will become increasingly scientific and reasonable.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,the research significance,the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the EVA enterprise valuation model and the valuation of Internet game companies,and the literature overview.The concept of research and existing scholars in the relevant areas of research,through the integration of relevant information,combined with the research methods used in this article,to build a reasonable framework for research.The second chapter elaborates the theory of enterprise valuation.First,it explains the definitions of corporate value and corporate value assessment.At the same time,it explains some of the commonly used assessment methods in the current stage of corporate evaluation.It briefly introduces the calculation methods and evaluation features of these assessment methods.It also introduces the EVA assessment model.The relevant theories,calculation methods,etc.,are mainly introduced,including the meaning of EVA,the calculation formulas,and the advantages and disadvantages of using it to evaluate the company's value.The third chapter is to describe the industry in which YX Networks Co.,Ltd.,the target company selected for this study,is the industry status and development of the Internet game industry,and then focuses on the individual YX Networks Co.,Ltd.And developments.The fourth chapter is the core part of the full text.Firstly,the index analysis and adjustment points of the EVA enterprise valuation model are described in detail.The adjustment items in the calculation of the EVA process are established in conjunction with the relevant financial indicators of YX Networks,and the final EVA is performed.Calculated,the market value obtained through the EVA enterprise valuation model.The final chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Through the calculation results and calculation process of the fourth chapter,we get the conclusions of this research,summarize the innovation of the research,put forward the research suggestion,and there are limitations in the reflection research,so as to carry out the research prospect.
